About Housing Authority of Champaign County

The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) was created by the Illinois State Legislature in 1939 to provide homes for low income families. The rents do not fully cover the economic cost of shelter, but require subsidy by the Federal Government.

The Housing Authority of Champaign County (HACC) is proud to offer quality, safe and affordable housing to the citizens of Champaign County.
